SITE PLAN REVIEW – 366 WASHINGTON STREET

ARG Services of Western New York submitted a site plan application to have a dumpster service located at 366 Washington Street.   The use would include their office headquarters and storage for their metal containers.

At the February meeting, the Planning Board recommended the application be sent to Orleans County for review.   The County did not meet so no action was taken on the application.

A motion was made by Cliff, seconded by Kevin to approve the site plan application for the dumpster service to be located at 366 Washington Street with the understanding that there will be no major mechanical work done on the premises, that all maintenance work will be done inside the building and that there will not be any outside storage of container waste.

SITE PLAN REVIEW – 14770 EAST AVENUE

St. Gobain submitted a site plan review application for an addition of a compressor room on the rear of the building.  Any addition to a commercial building requires review by the Village Planning Board however, due to the small scope of the project the board determined a full site plan review was not necessary.

A motion was made by Cliff, seconded by Kevin to approve the addition of the compressor room at 14770 East Avenue.

Motion passed unanimously

CONCEPT PLAN FOR PATIO HOMES – CAROLINE STREET

Vincent Spampenato submitted a concept plan for patio homes he would like to build on land he owns between Caroline Street and Linwood Avenue.  At this time, it is a concept plan only.  The board reviewed the plans and asked questions regarding the roadway, home sizes and layout.

A site plan review application had also been submitted to subdivide the residence at 221 Caroline Street ( # 62.19-2-3 )  from the rest of the parcel to be developed for the patio homes.

A motion was made by Kevin, seconded by Cliff to grant  the subdivision of the residence at 221 Caroline Street  from the rest of the parcel to be developed for the patio homes.
